The journey of Shivtej Developers began in 2010 in Pune, where we gained hands-on experience in land buying, selling, plotting, and residential development. Working in competitive real estate markets such as Lohagaon, Dhayari, and Hadapsar helped us understand quality standards, construction discipline, and customer expectations.
In 2022, we expanded our vision to Solapur — a city with growing potential and strong community values. Since then, our primary focus has been on developing residential projects and plotting developments that offer comfort, practicality, and affordability without compromising on construction quality.
Today, Shivtej Developers is actively shaping modern residential spaces in Solapur while carrying forward the experience and professionalism earned through years of work in Pune.
Leadership Built on Experience & Trust
Mr. Somnath Nikam began his professional journey in 2010, gaining hands-on experience in technical and industrial environments before entering real estate. With formal training in ITI and a Civil Engineering Diploma from Pune, he developed a strong foundation in construction planning, execution, and quality control.
Starting in 2011, his early work focused on farmland transactions, land buying & selling, and plotting developments, giving him deep ground-level understanding of land legality, zoning, and title clarity — a critical factor often overlooked in real estate.
The real estate journey formally expanded in Pune, where projects and market exposure helped shape a disciplined, process-driven approach to development. By 2022, this expertise was strategically brought to Solapur, with a focus on plot development, followed by full-scale residential construction from 2020 onwards.
Between 2023 and 2025, Shivtej Developers strengthened its presence in apartment development, delivering homes designed to balance affordability, comfort, and modern living standards. The vision remains clear — to provide quality housing that offers long-term value, trust, and lifestyle comfort, without unnecessary cost burden on buyers.
